Refund

No. We do not issue cash refunds, Mobile Money refunds, or bank transfer refunds under any circumstances.

f your return is approved, you may choose from:

  • An exchange for the correct size or product (subject to stock availability)

  • Store credit equal to the purchase amount, redeemable for future purchases

No. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or personal preference. Returns are only accepted if the item is wrong, defective, or damaged, and approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Delivery

Yes! We deliver sneakers to all regions in Ghana.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number and updates via email or SMS.

Shipping & Returns

Customers cover the return shipping unless the return is due to a faulty or wrong item delivered.

Contact our support team, pack your sneakers securely in their original box, and ship them back within 7 days of delivery.

If we deliver the wrong size or item, we will cover all return costs and send you the correct pair at no extra cost.

Payment

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.

Yes. Our checkout system is 100% secure with encrypted gateways to keep your payment details safe.

Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas within Accra.
